this "mod" is easy if you have a dremel. excluding battery chargings, this took me about half an hour. i like the aluminum look, it accentuates the scratches on the side of my car. and it pisses brent off

yeah you shouldnt have paid to clear corner man. its so easy. and american girls isnt like mine but hers is bad ass. there is another alero on here with one same as mine but he doesnt seem to be on here anymore. he had it on a bone stock red alero and it didnt look to good to be honest... i think u need a darker car or sliver. and more to the car. aka body kit tint ect.. ill look around for his pic to show u all

Yeah thats my red Alero. My digi cam sucks, my car looks kinda orange when I take pictures of it. The door does look good on it I think, I guess you just have to see it in person or I have to get a better camera lol. I planned on getting it tinted in the spring and SLP exhaust but I recently had some problems with my car that I'm kinda pissed off about so I wont be modding it anymore, all I have is indiglo's, cf bezel and painted calipers. When I finish school next year I'm probably gonna trade it in for a SRT-4.

PimpAlero, what did u use to screw it on? I bought my door from Steeda and it only came with 2 screws (and a couple fake screws just for looks I guess). I went down to a Ford dealer and the guy at the parts department said they didn't have any screws like it but had a Hub repair kit that had screws that looked kinda like it, only thing was I had to buy the whole thing which came with like 20 screws which I ended up doin. Install is a breeze, take out the 2 bolts holding the stock door on, cut off the lip on that black thing, grind out some of the area between the 2 stock holes, install the door so it's lined up, drill all the nessescary holes and your good to go.

this gas door thing must be pretty damn easy if all these people are doing it to stock rides. I wanna see some good close up shots, i wanna see how it sits on the body, ect.

here's the requested time slip.
run #1 i took a wrong turn and got a bit lost
run #2 i got my bearings straight, and made a decent run
run #3 was after the gas cap install, it was a noticeable boost. i found that if you only tighten the gas cap 1/2 way, you get more air into the tank, forcing it into the engine, making you go faster
