Are these the exact projectors used?
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3181
It looks like they used the Gatling 2.0 shroud as well.
I would like to know as that is reasonably priced for DIY projector kit.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I was curious... how do these look from the back of the housing? did they fit right into the stock housing, or was there some rear modification needed to get them on the car? I am contemplating this project now, while I wait for my car to be done...

Tim. You have to cut to fit basically. You have to tear apart the headlights. Do mock ups and basically cut a hole in your low beam cup to house the projector. Before you tack in the projector. You have to put them on the car and line them up where they are needed then tack em in place. Just look at my thread there is a little more info on that.
If you were to do it. I suggest morimoto H1 projectors (smallest out there) or morimoto mini d2s 2.0. And if you are feeling a real challange. Get what I got. Md2s3.0 lol

You have to cut a bit in the back to get the projector to fit. If you want to see others' project, you should go to hidplanet.com There's a lot of good info over there.

Anyone wanting a set made by a company, you are looking at 900+ for labor and parts.

Too rich for my blood. I do have a spare set of halo projector lights from a dodge caliber I had. I bought a set for $200 off ebay. One of the LEDs was out so they sent me a new bulb. Two weeks later a brand new set of headlights showed up. Somebody messed up lol. Highly doubt I could take those and make em work.

Well depends if they are halogen projectors or hid projectors. Halogen projectors arent worth the effort.
