Update: the exhaust shop I'm at can make custom headers for me but he says I would need to put an extra cat on and run a "y" pipe I believe he said which would defeat the purpose of pitting on the single pipe pacesetter exhaust on. Claims I am better off w the high flow cat and pacesetter exhaust alone claiming the 3.4 v6 is already efficient enough to handle it. Better yet he said he could do custom headers for only 750 which is cheaper than s&s and it includes install. Was interested to know what u all thought.

I would just hold off on headers just to see the companys that are prototyping them. Hell prolly just slap them togther and others will be tuned

Well I threw on a pacesetter dual exhaust and a west coast high flow cat. I am loving the sound and feel. Very sexy haha.
The guy seemed legit about the headers. Said it would essentially be a pain in the ass to tune them and would require hanging onto my car for about a week to do it. But would still have to throw on the second cat to stop the engine light from coming on from the sensors detecting the wrong flow. That is my main concern thinking about the headers.

Yeah I have noticed some. A little better torque and it seems like I get the same performance at maybe some lower rpms. I'm already used to the sound difference though...I almost want it to be louder. Can't say I wasn't forwarned though.

stock headers. Custom exhaust and a high flow cat. Waiting on wot-tech to put out custom headers for us which gives the largest gains.
