You don't get pulled over for no front plate? I can see you're not from the city, so you must get shit from the cops for that?
I love the suede. Looks nice as eff. I don't like the color choice from the pics but it probably looks a lot better in person.

No the cops here are ok with the plate, but they can be serious roosters here for other things

AMG Style...
Before the point is question here is why, I love the alero, i want somthing that people scartch there heads at, and gives that luxury feel with the agressive yet classy exterior........
Also a color change is in the works when the kit is all set and fitted perfectly.........

Carbon fiber! Do you really know the cost!! Shit isn't cheap especialy if you want the 2x2 twill look you will have to fit it and then rewrap the entire thing. Then resin out the ass that stuff isn't cheap either. If just painting it'd b fine. I know Len "got rid of the rip offs" but get ahold of chaser aerodynamics pretty sure they wouldn't just throw kits away! I'd call though. They had AED style kit in glass or carbon for cheap.

i know what it cost..........like I said its all been adressed.
After a little more reaserch into this kit, I cancelled it. I was able to find nothing but bad about it.....Should have looked into the reviws etc before....Just got a little ahead of myself.
So back to the search for this kit from a diffrent company. From Benz itself is astronomical....
Heading to the salvage yard today to find somthing for the hoe from another car.......

Plz don't tell me that there just dbl sided tape vents. And should of got the ones that have the LEDs in tem for turn signals. If your going to get a Benz kit hack it up and make it fit yours. I recomend just buying a cheap one from eBay. Yes they'll fit like total shit for the car there ment for but you'll be cutting it up and mounting to stock bumpers and glassing togther anyways good way to save some serious $$. Or go at making you own lip kit or something. Either way if you goto fiberglassforums.com there's some mad mad talented people there, they have made kits lips wings all kinds of stuff.

pimpalero2003:Plz don't tell me that there just dbl sided tape vents
Nope there Real M5 Vents. I had to cut the fenders to insert the pockets before the vents and trim could be set.

I agree, thanks for the links.....ever time i think i got it, i change my mind...wtf

I'll worry about the rust spots when its time to get painted......as far as the headlights again Ill worry about that after paint,,,,Its called a building process.

Sorry to be harsh, but I think this thread needs some reality.
You cannot make an Alero into something it's not.
You can make a nice Alero. Rather than worry about M5 fender vents and Buick side moldings, which make the car arguably worse, you could invest in things that make the car undeniably better. Restore the car to near-factory condition. Consider mods such as tasteful rims, slight drop, and cleared corners.

I am big on clean lines. When I look at an Alero thats what I want to see. I like the shaved look and giving the car a bit more class. Lets be honest. If you want something rediculous buy a caddy. I do like the look of the OSV kit but would need some more reviews from you guys before I look into a purchase.

Aleros arent race cars, so whay are people building motors, putting turbos etc????? I thin its called building the car to how i want it to be. Im definitly sure it has a drop, clear corners already.......
As far as the M5 fenders making it worse, thats what you think about it ot me so i guess i glad its my car. The buick moldings were tossed out, just didnt like how they looked.
So heres a dose of reality..thank you for your input, but i will keep on my path of making it how i would like to....
