i thought andysautosport had the rights to that kit. they were the first retailer of it to my knowledge.
how about if i win the lottery i will pay the $6,500 for the 10 pre-orders for the kit get will get made lol
or maybe everyone can donate like $50 to a mutual fund and then in 10 years we will cash it in have enough for the pre-orders!!

The 98+ Malibu guys used them for a GB to have the Cruiser concept kit produced. It came out ok- the biggest prob was having a donor car that could sit around that long.

This is where having the front clip delivered to them on a hauler would work and the same for the rear if a good solis car can't be found cheap. The rocker should not as big an issue either way.

well we need to find pics of the malibu kit they made. maybe find some of the guys with them and ask them some questions.
itll only be a few weeks for someone to give up a car if not my pln would work when i worked for dealerships we would get some in with high miles low tread on tires messed up paint and put like 300 in them...
and a front clip wouldnt work what bout sides and rear...
also 675 for a kit isnt bad so i believe there is a discount there
we prolly wont be able to use the osv name so might be able to name it

also i wonder what they would charge for a hood since a whole kit is only 675 maybe 2 group buys at once and maybe we get a little price drop

For 675 I'd be in if its a good kit. BUT I can't do anything untill spring since I'm laid off for the winter. I'm diggin the idea of after tax time. Or if my sled sells then I'll have the money sooner but I am not going to count on that. What kinda hood you thinkin about Mr. Pimp?

I'd do it. The rear bumper on the OSV is the best looking thing I've ever seen.

I called body kits and spoke to one of their guys this morning. I emailed 7 pics to him and see what kind of price we would be looking at.
Thanks for the donor car Paulyb!
I'll keep ya updated when they get back to me. He did say from start to finish of making the kit would take roughly a month.
Getting 10 people shouldn't be a problem but this is Aleromod.

No sooner did I post last and I got a call back from body kits. Just the body kit would be $600 on the group buy, the rear wing would be around an additional $275.
Parts are fibergalass, and the price does not include shipping.
He said after the buy that the body kit only would retail at $900.
