If you decide, I will get one as mine is rusting and I can't find any Aleros in junkyards.
Do you live anywhere near the Ontario borders by any chance?

reasonable enough, but for us canadians, shipping would cost more then the hood itself, if it wasent for that fact, i would get one in a heart beat!! but oh well, i hope this is able to work for you guys!

oldsman has all the information as for part numbers for the switch to a prop rod. Canada people I suggest making a vacation out of it and going for a drive. I really suggest that for anyone.

Where is the shop at? (just throwing that out there so if people are going to plan on trying to pick theirs up)
And is it possible to have support brackets made for the hood struts? I really hate those prop rods.

you could have the stock bracket removed and molded on to the hood but then you better get loose struts and just hope you don't start cracking like NoSweat from the stress. Which now he is kicking himself for not listening to me about deal with the prop rod.

the shop is just northwest of green bay,wi. the hoods can also be 'glassed in black or white gelcoat. the black almost matched my car perfect, and i ended up rolling that way for almost a year, and even went to ASS that way

the nostril one, i didn't like that one at all; an SS inspired hood would look really cool:
