ok ive searched for an hour and didnt come up with crap

Just pull it apart there's clips and like a little hook thing in the backjust grab it and pull up

i pulled it apart. the top piece came off. the bottom piece won't come off the lever that moves the steering wheel up and down

You have to pull it up and just turn the bottom piece so goes around lever it's a pain in the ass to get back on.
