Just got my oil changed, unfortunately my dad loves to have all the tools in his trunk of his car (my old car; 99 ford contour) because its a pos. So i have no sockets to get down in there to change the plugs. Oh well, maybe later tonight when he gets home. He also keeps the reader in his car too.
Already I can feel the car smoother already and it was pretty damn smooth before.
Here are pictures of where the brake booster line is.
Do not pull the clamp off! Pull the piece out of the gromet. It took me a good 5 minutes to loosen it up.
What I did was since it was taking me so long to get it out I turned the car off and took my time getting it out. After I got it out I put it back in, but not all the way, just enough to have it in but pull it out easily.
Then I turned the car back on and pulled the line out, poured the seafoam and then turned the car off immediately after just as told to do.
P.s. when you pull out the brake booster line it will make a "psssst" sound. It is from all the pressure built up, its normal.
P.s.s. No need to bleed brakes after, I thought because I was taking so long to get it in there I let too much air in and needed to do it, but it had no effect on the brakes.
