March AOTM: Best Winter Scene

The only camera I own is the one on my phone. And I have no intention of buying one only to use it for this :/ those pics were just shot on the way home from class one of the few nights we had snow. I thought they were pretty decent... but is it really so much about the picture? I figured it would be about the car seeing as how this is a forum about aleros not photography... I'll see if I can borrow my brothers camera next time he's in town...

I can't believe you don't own a camera! That is crazy! I like to document with pictures everything I do with my car. I also love to take photos of places i've been and things I've seen. I don't want to remember places by small grainy, fuzzy photos.

Yes, it is about the car, but the photo also has to look nice. I would say its 50/50. I certainly don't want a poorly taken fuzzy photo on the front page of Aleromod for visitors to see.

Even a 35mm disposable can turn out some great pictures if you take your time!

^true. I do take pics of everything I do. They all just with my phone. I was liking though older pics and i must have been shaking or something from the cold, most other ones aren't that bad.

you could have adjusted the white balance on your phone and turned off the hid's and it might have helped some

good luck guys. i just got a new lens. Sh*ts bout to get serious!! (just kidding) i cant wait to try it out. but the next photo i can enter for is fall scene >_<. ill still upload anyway just for people to see in the down time.
