Welcome to the site though! I think you might rank as the farthest aleromod member now...
and looks like you got either a custom exhaust or just some tips on the stock exhaust.... It does look like a nice place you live in! I've been wanting to take a trip there....

I don't know what exacly are u talking about.
I bought the Alero recently but both passenger headlights work just fine, so i'm not sure what your'e talking about. As for the exhausts - i'm afraid those are just tips, it's not allowd to pimp or change allmost anything in your vehicle (besides rims maybe) in Israel , and that defenitly sux.
Let me know when u'll ever get here! I'll tour u around!

I thought u were talking about something else(thanks to my bad english) and I didn't notice what youre trying to say.
I'm going to fix it this week, got some other problem in the brake light that needs to be fixed as well, but I think i bought the car like that.
Thanx everybody for letting me know, I never really looked good in those photos myself.

Hi
My Chevy had the exact same problem with the head light, dealer had to swap the whole unit.
Thats going to be expensive, and be carefull getting a US modell shipped over
I think we use defferent bulbs and there is a chance the bulbs are in different positions as well.
With me it was still in garentee, so I didn't have any costs.

Welcome, should be able to fix that headlight yourself. I don't know if anyone has disassembled an euro alero headlight but I bet it's the same. (Since mine says Make in UK on it). Just takes a lot of time the first time you do it unless it will fit in your oven.
Wow is it green there and I love the architecture.

Welcome dude!
Yeah seems like the amber part of the bulb fell off of it. I wonder if you could just get the headlight off, get the bulb out and with some long nose or something that can reach in small places, try to pull the amber stuff out. You'll probly break it in some pieces but after put the headlight so the hole for the bulb is under it and put a vacuum cleaner on the hole.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain

Or if you want to keep the lens, take out the bulb, tilt the headlight back and use some gum (or tape)on a stick to work the reflector back up over the hole and some glue on a stick (or cotton swab) to seal it back on. (I never miss a chance to use gum on a stick. It's highly underated)

Thanx, but I'm just afraid to ruin something if I'll do it by myself because I dont know shit about cars, and it's also very hard to get parts for this car over here(incase i'll ruin something) so I better just hand it to a professional.
I'll take photos again and upload them as soon as I will get it fixed.
Really glad I found u guys!

Ok, so i took the Alero to some expert and he said that he cant pull that orange piece out so he just replaced the lamp to a orange lamp, so i'm stuck with that piece of shit inside the headlight... that sux, but he just said that in order to get out that piece he will have to pull the whole headlight out and that it might ruin the sealing and he was afraid to mess with it to be short... tell me what u think, and if there is any other way let me know...
Thanx.

Give it a try, it's not that hard. Check out the thread on clearing headlights.

I'll check it but the point is that he said there's no way to pull it out unless u get the whole headlight out and that will mess things up...

Check out this thread, if I can do it you can do it. It will show you how to get the headlight apart to get at the amber cover.
