I think i've decided, is it possible for this kind of exhaust system? There is a Y bend, and then it leads to two mufflers with dual tips. Does anyone have somethign like this or even seen it done? how much will this kind of job cost?

depends on the mufflers you choose.... i'd go with magnaflow like these...

but you're looking at 200-250 per muffler, plust the cost of install and tubing.

there is an older (early-mid 90's) monte carlo here that sounds so sweet, and it has a setup like that.

FYI, those are dual 3.5" on each muffler, those are pretty big tips. id try for a dual 3" setup on each muffler personally. there really is no performance gain to doing those 2 mufflers over the camaro one, if thats why you want to do it...just letting you know to save you some cash

also, borla also makes a universal camaro type muffler. no ones ever used them, ill be ordering one soon, but one like the style in your picture not the camaro one

but with the setup i want, (catback with two mufflers and a Y bend) stil have performance gain over stock?
