I bet he has a different T-70 turbo and not that, it's probably a Garrett. Honestly, I wouldn't trust a 350$ turbo... It could fail and blow out then all that medal being sucked in can really cause some damage to your motor. Plus reviews on that turbo weren't good from what I saw... 1jz-2jz supra owners recommend cheapturbo.com for good turbos, a good turbo will run you a grand plus. That super t-70 is most likely just like a junk eBay turbo.

On yeah.... Still wouldn't be good. I'm still a little new to forced induction... But I know what would be good to get and not to get. Still learning..

Haven't had any issues with the turbo itself, although I am going to step up to a BB at some point once I get my engine completed. Just a matter of a little faster spooling with a BB.
As I mentioned in the PM, I don't recommend that one for a strictly DD. You won't get the low-end power out of it due to spool time, but it's great for drag.
If you want low-end power, I recommend either a smaller Garrett or at least a T3/T4 hybrid with a smaller turbine housing. The specs on mine, it doesn't spool until 3500, hence the nitrous for now to be replaced with a 3500 stall converter.

Just retired from the Army, now living in Houston, TX.
Working on getting a J.O.B. and joining the regular workforce.
Working on starting a monster build on the engine and getting the details together, hopefully to start in on it by springtime
