me and my ex went to canada december of 2007... it was my first (and only) time out of the US.. we were headed up to vancouver from seattle, and he forgot his passport. we were the only white people in customs... it felt funny haha. but man, i'm glad you told me you don't need a passport... I can go back to canada!

june 1st yo will need a passport or passport card to go into canada or back to the us. untill then you only need a birth cirt. and drivers license. i'm personally getting a passport card, does everything a passport can except flying out of the country. and its only $45 instead of $100.

maybe you need 19 in some provinces, but in Quebec it's 18 ..... believe me... and even 17 can go, you just have to tip everybody good if you don't have 18... but it's an unwritten law and everybody know it up here....

AT LEAST drivers liscense AND birth certificate. Passport eliminates need for the birth certificate, but it wouldn't hurt to have them.

Canadian border Strict? lol
I went to Quincy, MA last Thursday with a friend who is a trucker, and at the border of the USA, they effing ditched all our clementines in the trash can in front of us because supposedly, the clementines comes "sealed" in the USA but not in Canada, and there could be some bugs in them... DUDE' I FREAKING EAT THOSE CLEMENTINE JUST LIKE THAT. To top it off, I had my clementines in a ziplock bag with 3 apples and a banana, and he gave back the apples and the banana... KAMON!!!
But when coming back to canada, we didnt even open the lights in the truck and the lady didnt even check if it was really me on the passport lol. Not even a question about food. Its always been like that from as far as I can remember.
BTW: Dixfield, N-H is a freaking lost town, and its also a pain to get in/out of town with a 53 feet trailer... But the ppl are really kind.
