Im going to be lowering my car soon and i want to have it done right I have Sprint Springs already Im about to buy the KYB-GR2 struts & it was recomended to me to also get bump stops so struts dont bottom out .Has any one used these & or witch ones should I get.

You don't have bump stops? Am I remiss in thinking that's a standard kind of part? I figured that's what I was riding on pulling a trailer with a ton of rocks in it...

I dont know if thier is bump stops on the car now or not .

you don't need no stinking bump stops. what the factory has is perfectly fine with those springs and struts.

I tow lots of stuff with my car. It's a champ. That time it was a bit overloaded. We were landscaping, had to go get some rock. She did just fine, it was only a couple of miles.

actually we do have bump stops thier inside the black boots i found out the hard way just cut off a 1/4" and all probs solved. r u going to lower it /or have u done so?

what do you mean you trimmed it 1/4"? im using the stock strut boots (that black acordian thing) on kyb/spring techs. i didn't trim anything, but im having problems with popping noises

Im going to lower it in Feb. or March. Just got the springs.

when i changed mine shocks i put the washer in wrong make sure there in right and the nuts tightin all the way(used impact)

inside the factory boot at the top of it (pull boot all the way back) u'll see it.
