Rear strut mount install

I had my rear struts installed at a shop. I don't remember if the bolts are supposed to have nuts on them, one is missing.

Could someone please confirm for me?

I think the new mounts come with two bolts and one nut only, and I may have added the second nut for the strut bar, so now I'm uncertain if that one is missing, or if the 'washer' attached to the body is actually a nut that the bolt screws into. Thanks.

You added that nut for the strut bar. The outer two bolt in from the bottom with the inner one being secured in the strut with a nut inside to hold it
