Matt, it used to be on all time. Did you pull the light for it?
Which was weird because mine doesnt come on unless i hit the button.

You must be mistaken; it was never on all the time.
Now on my car, if the emergency brake is on, my TRAC OFF light is on (along with the BRAKE light, natch).
But I was driving in that shot.
Although I can easily get a LOW TRAC light shifting into second, and sometimes even third....

Ahh thats right.
And yeah my trac light comes on going to second, ive chirped 3rd a few times but never had the trac light come on. need more power!
