I can't specifically answer this as I don't know but I know one of the first questions you will be asked is the offset of your 18's

if you want to keep you speedometer accurate, you will have to keep the ratios the same... meaning if you go up 2" in rim diameter, you need to drop 20mm from tire size... thus said, depending on the size of the rim, the width of the actual tire does effect the size of the sidewall as well... you could run a 225/40/18, or you could get away with a 245/35/18 etc.
best bet is to use a rim/tire conversion calculator...

I just went to tirerack.com to get my wheel/tire combo. That way I knew I got exactly what I needed for my car. If anything just add your cars info there and see what it recommends for you based on rim size and take that information elsewhere.

I'm running 215/45/18 tires on my car and they don't rub on stock suspension or after I installed the lowering springs

The ideal tire sizes are the OEM sizes.

lol so true... even gm couldn't make up their minds with what size to put on the car... 15's or 16's... hell, let's just use both!
