hey just wondering what would be the benifits of doing this to our engine (what kinda of power/ mileage are we talking about)

It's really never the same. I'd say you'll gain around 5-10 hp on the top end, but you'll lose some of your low end. But you need supporting mods to really see the benefit such as headers, exhaust, bigger Throttle body, ported heads...

it was shown on a dyno to lose HP, haha, at least until turbocharged.
Stock manifold: 141 hp / 144 tq
HO manifold: 134 hp / 134 tq

Of course the results are widely disputed by those who have the manifold.

to benefit from it you MUST have supporting mods otherwise a waste.

that was one of the ones i originally had sticky but quad4forums was redone........oh look the old yellow in my engine bay.....not so much

If anyone is interested, I do have one of these manifolds already adapted to fit our motors. It is for sale. Great for a turbo project. See pic below.

If your only running n/a and just want alil more power don't do this mod. I'm running turbo so I can feel the difference. But for the time and gain its not worth it on n/a. Took me about 4 hours to make it fit.
