If I build the stock 3400 and make 250hp, what would happen if i take a motor that puts out 260 stock and build it with the same parts? & Im not sure if im using the L66 out of the saturn vue or a J32 series out of a tl type s. I want the j35a3 out of the acura rl / saturn vue, but its a pretty big 3.5l i dont know if it will fit that easy. I gotta do a shitload of measurements and estimates this weekend

You'll make more power, but there is all the time and money that goes into the engine swap. That is all I am discussing.
I think if you must swap and l66 MIGHT let you work with GM stuff only and not go to a stand alone.

I seen a honda civic with a 2.2L ecotech before I don't see why you can't get it done on the alero
