Hmmm, well I do have reverse halo gauges in my dash off ebay, and I also get a HID kit installed a while back. Maybe somehow there is too much current, and all the wires are merging somewhere. I asked a guy at a local performance shop and he stays to check the relay which I did, maybe I should check again? He thinks he might be easier to just rewire the whole fog light assembly. I might have him check it out. I will ask today about your battery issue, man that would freak me out the car trying to start...very strange.
