Rockford Fosgate fronts and rears
About a week ago I ordered rockford fosgate T1462 front speakers and T1693 rear speakers. Today they came..I only got to install the fronts before I had to go to work... They sound awesome, but I'm considering getting an amp so they'll perform better. What do you guys think of rockford fosgate as a car audio brand?

I think the subs and amps are decent and speakers mediocre.

Really? I thought I'd give RF speakers a shot because I had a RF sub and amp and they sounded pretty good. Hopefully I won't be disappointed with the speakers in the long run. What would you have gone with instead Ryan?

I bought some Alpine type S door speakers for my alero and love them, I dont think you went wrong with RF their good speakers. I think it mostly depends on peoples pickyness and SQ and what are they running their system for?
I am trying to find Alpine Type S for my 6x9's

you also could go to your local best buy and get the type s speakers from there.

finally got the rear speakers in. They sound pretty good. I didn't think rear speakers were that much of a pain to get in, but then again that was my first time installing rear speakers.

Would they fit in there? Or would I have to do something custom?
