well, fortunately, PSI is not equivalent to 1/4 mile times. N-bodies with the 3400 have been pushing mid-low 12's with close to 12psi in street-legal form except for slicks. ZZ Performance was pushing 10's with somewhere around 18-20psi with the car mildly stripped, and saw 9's with 22psi. When they went down to a tube frame chassis and fiberglass body sections, they made it down to the 8's.
Right gearing and configuration should see a street trim N-body in the low 11's at around 18psi with no problem. Given that, theoretically, 36psi should be phenomenal. All speculative however, but not for long
