cat converter help

i replaced the cat converter today. i bought the direct fit ones, but i never saw a gasket or o-ring to go in there. did it need one? cuz browsing right now i came across a site that sells the gaskets for it. so im confused now. i hope you guys can help me out on this one. thank you.

You pasted the cat link with a shortened URL that doesn't work. But from searching around on Summit, it looks like they have flat flanges. You should have a gasket between them.

oh ok. i see. thanks for your help. i think im gonna give the dealer a call and find out since mine didnt have one and it was the stock one. once again thanks ion. :-)
