I was thinking about putting air cylinders on my alero and was just wondering if anyone else had them or what their thoughts were on them and what size wheel I should go with. I was thinking about something like the motegi mr3s because I like the stock alero rims and I like that style. If I could get some feedback it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

several people have them. Most ppl suggest getting Hydros, because you get a better drop with better reliability. However, a few people with air like their setups too.

yeah i have air cylinders, and i do like them. it all depends on how low u want to go and how much u want to spend as to whether u should get air or juice. what kind of air cylinders have u looked at? If you go with juice, make sure you get accums or u will absolutely hate it...just ask silent. i'm not sure if he got accums yet, but my friend is gettin hydros with accums put on his echo next week, so i'll be able to tell you more about hydros with accums next week. as for price, i paid $2400 installed, and hydros with accums are likely gonna cost you at least an extra $1000, but will go lower.

yeah, it's the same friend that had hydros on a olds silhouette...
his parents bought the car for him, and he had no input as to what they bought him, and he can't sell it and buy something else, so he is stuck with it at least until we graduate college, in 2+ years, so he's puttin hydros and 18"s on it.

technicalyl for a good ride....you should have accums on air cylinders too. you should know that. the only thing that doesnt need accums for an ok ride is bags and that is cause they are rubber.

they have decent prices on air bag struts and air cylinders. They are a pretty good company as they advertise an 18 page ad pretty much every month in Truckin Magazine. And yes they have stuff for the alero

A slammed echo... yeah those things are so tall, awkward and ugly so I guess it may help a little (although I wouldnt be surprised if he's still disappointed with the end result...)
