car wont start

Hi Guys

I tried startignmy car today and it would not start. It cranks fine and tries to start. runs for about 2 seconds and dies. I here the fuel pump running. alos allf uses seem to be fine. Also once this happened my door locks stopped working. the security light is not on as i have done teh bypas.

Any idea

injectors gummed? check your air filter?

Filter is clean. car was running fine yesterday. i will try and look at the injectors

how much gas in teh tanx?

1/2 tank of gas. More info for you. If I try startingthe car with the gas pedal pressed about a third of the way down after 5/6 tries it starts and runs fine. once i shut it down same problem. also all my gauges stopped working. IN teh cluster when i turn on the ignition the warning lights come on

^^if ignition is ahead,but car is not running those lights will come on.best thing to do is get OBD-ll read...

the lights only come on when i turn on the igniton then they go off as normal.

only problems are guages, dome, lamp, pwr locks, all stopped working and my car wont start normally. I have read on other post that this could be a BCM problem. Coudl a new BCM fix teh starting issue???

i would check the fuses,with a test light if you got one.or pull and check(sometimes cant tell tho).

sounds like an ignition cylinder issue, also the BCM with the window leak
