Should be in the fuse panel on the left side when you open the door. labeled similar to INTLIGHT or DOME LIGHT

Ok so I check the fuse and its good. The bulbs are good. What's should I try next?

In my experience, it was the body control module. The seal at the bottom of the windshield was leaking and rain water was dripping into the electrical stuff. I sealed the window, and within a few weeks the bcm dried out and the interior lights started working again.

Use shims underneath the bumper to raise it up in certain areas.
