Thank You, Hurricane Fay
Welp, we got a foot of rain in less than 2 days, and when I went to get in teh alero afterwards the floor had an inch of water on the carpets. From what I can tell, the water came in around the firewall area under the dash where the vent intake is, and the water was still dripping down from under the dash long after it stopped raining.
Now, the power door locks are continuously locking and unlocking by themselves. I'm thinking I'll just take all the power lock fuses out and disable them? Then hopefully the electrical will dry out eventually?

Yeah that's a pain.
The Delta had a dash leak (I made it myself ) from putting in the mech water temp gauge. The rain water would run down the vents under the wipers into a channel and right into the interior, and since the car is always parked on a slight uphill the water would run under the carpet, into the back seat and pool.
I replaced the door seals because I thought that was the entry point. What a pain and it still leaked.
After pluging the hole, I took out driver's seat and left the windows down for about 3 or 4 days and replaced the insulation underneath. All dry now, but the carpet looks like shit. I'm going to have to replace it anyway, but for now, it's good

Sounds like your BCM got owned by the water. or possibly some of the relays.
You might try to pull the BCM and try to dry it out.

Under the dash on the passenger side right above the closeout panel (that black panel above your feet). Not too far from the blower motor. It's a black box and has 3? plugs on it and slides out of the bracket.
