you dont use a header when you have turbo installed...you use a turbo manifold. Just a little FYI...now show me how to do carbon fiber

mines not an alero, got a 2003 saturn ion qc3 , havent started my build yet just have parts laying all over lol
-Obx Header
-injen CAI
-2.4L intake manifold
-big bore throttle body
-cat back exhaust
just waiting on better funds so i can get the SMS performance head and ESP performance crank then putting the pieces together
to bad your alero didnt have the eco
and dont bother dropping the motor into a cavi, the interior doesnt even compare to the alero, is like going from a caddy to an alero lol

well Im dropping the engine in today since Im off of work. But I still have to make a trip to the junk yard to get some bolts I seem to be missing

And I still have to get rid of the old gas still in the tank so Im not going to start it up today

They tend to be running an exhaust that's not very muffled.

Also that quad4 has cams suited for revving to 8500rpm, a lil bit of that low end lope shows up.

My car sounded gnarly with just an open downpipe.
