Low Coolant
The other day I noticed that my coolant was low in the car. The engine runs at normal temperature and I havent seen any notacable leaks. The heater seems to blow a little on the cool side but still blows warm air. I am going to pull it in the shop today to take a closer look at it so is there any common areas that I should check first? It's a 2.2 eco BTW.
On a side note I just got raped....30 bux for some dex-cool...gay

fill it up...
it does get low after a while, mine was slightly low and under accel it triggered the sensor to go off. also something else funny my uncle filled it up and left the cap loosened and my entire coolant tank emptied itself onto the pavement through the relief tube, and engine temps spiked like crazy. bad uncle.

No cooling issues or gasket issues on the Ecotecs that I have heard of. They seem to run pretty well and only blow up if you turbo a stock engine .

phsssht...I don't need any boost to grenade a motor. Did a 350 in my old truck, it was kinda cool to see the oil spewing from a toonie sized hole in the oil pan. It was coming out pretty quick cause it was sucking air from the hole in the block lol.
Anyways, I checked the coolant again today and it was fine :s so ya I dunno

Mine is a bit low today but the car runs just fine. If anything, the dealer would have said something today when I had the car in for service.
