IM looking at new white gauges and i want to know what exactly does this power inverter thing it comes with do? Is it needed? Also, i reaf you have to remove all needles and pins from the clucter, but how do u know where to put the needles back?

i just put some in yesterday, and you dont have to remove the needles, you can just slide them over it. and as for the power inverter, im assuming the guages need to run at a higher voltage than 12v, so yes it is needed.

the inverter is a color inverter...you can change from green to blue...you dont have to buy the extra color inverter unless you want a certain shade of color...If you just purchase the gauges, they come with a switch to change from blue to green...

no its easy just hook your power and ground to the little light that is inside the cubby by the cigarette lighter, then the guages will light up automatically when it is dark, or when turning your headlights manually
