Yes, They Do Make Difference
I have both STB's front and rear and they do make a difference. Not only do they make the body more rigid, but by reducing flex they improve 'turn in' (better direction in turning). The only downside is that by reducing body flex, they tend to increase the noise of the interior panels, as they now flex more than the body itself. Unless you're also installing stiffer springs and struts, you won't realize the maximum effect of the STB's, though.
