UCU/PCM flash!!!!
looked around for a thread on this...anybody got any experience or first hand knowledge on a pcm/ecu flash? Pros or Cons?

i have done it once. wtf is an UCU?? my other question is this, how do you plan on doing a flash? u have a PowrTuner????

This is why I asked the question. If it can't be done than that answers my question. Also, I meant ECY (electronic control module)

you get minor benefits from a preflashed dhp-pcm, the more engine mods the better it will react, a PT is the way to go, but there are so many settings it scares me, but its one step at a time. already setup my switchable performance shift for the tranny.

SCT makes a programmer for any GM, I paid 400 bucks for the programmer module and 400 more for the software and it locks to ur vin number so u can use it ONLY on that car. Its pretty wicked, gave me 21 extra horses and let me adjust my shiftpoints and a/f ratio., also turned off my governor. I dynoed it at school earlier on last month, I should find my dyno sheet results huh.

$800! the PowrTuner is only $400 and you can change anything you want to.
