do i have to take off the entire door panel to install the 4x6's? If so how?

there should be two screws behind a small clip just below the door handle and one other screw behind the red plastic cover on the door. Once you remove all these screws, you should be able to pop the pannel off using a clip remover tool.

Yeah it's not hard to do. You can also use a flat head screwdriver like I did, but be very careful
