Store/Site purchased: ebay
Cost/Shipping: $170/$18 shipping
Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: Came from Michigan, received 3 days after i paid for it. and they responded to my emails very promptly.

Initial product impressions, quality: My car sounds a whole lot smoother and runs so so so much better. My headlights outside are a lot brighter. and my car starts so much better without the slight delay that i had.
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: i asked the shop who installed this to use 4 guage wires (as aleromod members said, and the store i bought it from). but they did not even tho i had the wires available. they said it wasnt needed, so hopefully they're right
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: the shop had to slightly drill down a curve on the alternator, they said it didnt fit exactly.
If not self installed, cost of installation: paid $50

Performance, appearance opinions: I really love my car again. im accelerating a lot better
Any other thoughts about the product: im really nervous about not having that 4 guage wired in place so im not sure whats going to happen. some people on this site talked about it, but didnt really clarify how importatnt it is to upgrade the wire. all i can say is that the weak amp i have for my sound system is not overheating that much, and bass is kickin a little harder than normal. no regrets with purchasing this alternator, hopefully this review helps others.....
