Well the cap that goes on my coolant keeps breaking, every time i need to add coolant, the dang cap snaps, its that dang plastic, but anyways, is this from built up pressure? or is this common with the aleros? and is there anyway to fix it so i don't have to buy a new cap every time i need to add coolant

what part breaks on the cap. Are you trying to say that the bottom peice is releasing from the top screwing part. If so, you can push it hard and pop the other peice back in place. Be more specific, with what breaks. Hope that helps.

Well on the cap there is the part you grip and hold to twist it off, then there is the gasket that goes a about 2 inchs deeper into the container itself, and whenever i take it off, the gasket gets stuck inside the container. So it breaks away from the part where you grip the cap. So the middle is stuck, and i just use a vise grip or something to pry it out. Is it just a crappy cap?, or is there something wrong with the tank itself?, thanks for all the help
heres a picture to help http://www.procarcare.com/images/shar/ency...ia/tccs1079.gif
