they will work fine, I have never used hubcentric centering rings, and have never had any problems. All three sets of aftermarket rims I have owned have been 5 X 114.3
i'll add to what kyle said, my first said of rims for the ho' were 114.3 and they fit fine, no rings need but some people have had to use them otherwise they get a bad vibration when they go over 60.
