All in all there are 14 bolts to remove. I had 13, one had misteriously vanished but thats another story. All of the bolts are 10mm. The hardest part of this job is fitting your hand in tight spaces. First use a flathead/ some muscle to pry out the two plastic things under and to each side of the license plate bracket. These are the hardest to get out (you might need a special tool). Next there are 3 bolts to each side of the bumper that secure it to the fender. I had to taken my header panel out to get to these from the front of the car, but if you can take the wheel well liner out I guess you can get to it from that way as well. Next are the wheel well plastic things, where the wheel wells connect to the bumper (if you took the liner out already, youre golden). There are also three on each side. I used a flathead to pry these out (altough they do not have to be taken out of the wheel well liner itself, just out of the bumper). After that, there are three bolts (on each side) on the underside of the bumper, connecting it to the wheel well liner (again, if its out, your good). When those are done, remove the two small plastic clips near the hood latch. Then pull forward and voila!
