Removing the back seat is easy, you don't need any tools, just a bit of muscle and knowledge of where to pull. You might want a pair of pliers to help with removing the plastic clips or putting them back on.
Step #1 - You can feel around in the gap under the seat for the 2 spots where the bench attaches, they are about 2' in from each side and around 1.5' apart. Get a good grip by each one and pull straight up. You can do one at a time or both at once, I'd suggest one at a time so you can grab on both sides of the clip. You probably have to pull hard enuf to lift about a 40 lbs weight.
Now that it's unclipped you should be able to lift the bench up, and nothing else holds it in place, it's just snuggly fit under the back rests. Here are pics of what you'll see on the floor and under the seat.
Pic #1 - Floor mount with the removable clip in place (both are black, there's really 2 pieces there).
