I've noticed, that the switches left of the steering wheel are not lit when the light is switched on.
(Fog lights, interior light dimmer switch and the ol european headlamp hight adjuster)
Now before I start taking it apart to fix it, I thought it wise to ask you if they should light up to start with.

I know the fog light switch has an LED in it, and I'm fairly sure that the dimmer doesn't. And seeing as I'm not driving a Euro Alero, I don't know about the headlight adjuster. There are a few other Euros on the board...

I guess then that they don't lite up in the dark like f.a. the switches in the doorpanel, only controllights.
Saves me some work...

On my car, the little light on the fog light switch is only on whenever the fog lights are turned on. When the switch is turned off, or when the headlights are turned to brights, the little light on the switch goes off. Nothing else lights up.
