It would be nice to have a whole bunch of us from both sides meet... but yeah, then driving does become an issue.

Yeah bringing another person would be cool, and a lot easier to split the driving time with. Plus if i had more time off I wouldn't mind. I am requesting a vacation in october. Trying to plan a cruise, but if that doesn't work out to well, I hope i find somewhere to go.

I drive the 1200 km from home to Shilo quite often... 13 hours (with gas/eating taken into account). The worst part of the trip is Saskatchewan... not cause it's... well... it's just too damn flat and boring... but yeah, those distances begin to suck really, really fast. One can only sing along to the same skipping CD so many times before it... errr... falls out the window...
For those who don't know though... each summer in Lethbridge Alberta, there's a show called Street Wheelers. It's pretty big, a whole weekend, and lots of things to do. Last year I threw my Alero in for a few races... but, well... things never happened. Anyway, back to the point... those in the Alberta/Montana area interested, should look into it... great time. Usually around June/Early July
