Has anyone gotten pulled over for have a blue colored turn signal. I hear you could because it was considered to be impersonating an police car. Let me know if you have had any problems.

i doubt cops would pull you over just for that, but if you get pulled over for something else, they can tack it onto your ticket, i'm not sure though, i know they are illegal here in PA for that reason though, impersonating an emergency service vehicle

Here they are ILLEGAL the fine is $110 per bulb if not the proper colour. I have the front all blue could cost $440 if I get the wrong cop. I haven't had any problems yet. Here the only colours allowed on the front are white/amber.

you might get lucky and might never get pulled over for it, but every cop will tell you that there are only 3 colors of lights that are legal on civilian cars: red, white, yellow (amber). I have blue reverse lights and I backed up in front of a group of police officers (at a donut shop though...lol) and they didn't do a damn thing. I guess it all depends on if the cops in your area care.

I was nailed for having blue turn signals. The cop didnt fine me though, he found something else to charge me with, but they were the reason I was pulled over. First time in two years... and ive passed many cops.

If you go to Pep Boys or Wal*Mart, theey have Silvania SilverStars at those places. They also have a little computer that will tell you what kind of bulbs your car needs (and pretty much any other car).
For the fronts, you have 9006 and 9005 for the highs and lows, 3057 (might be 3157, I forget) for the big turn socket, and 194 for the little turn socket.

red and blue, are the most illegal lights, because red and blue is emergency vehicle colors.
the 2 light colors that you will never have a single problem with are white and amber.

Hmm I just went with blue and amber bulbs all the way, i got sylvania Cool blues for the lows and highs, for the signals I got the Silverstars that glow amber but show blue, and I put blue 194's in the corners...Its a good look, I havnt had a problem with cops yet...really cops round here wont pull you over unless your doing something to add on to the lights...they dont even car about neons or underglow....Hmm

How bout for inspection? I've gotta get mine inspected by the end of the month and I recently cleared my headlights, so I have a white 194 turn signal bulb and I was thinking about getting blue bulbs. Will I pass with the white and/or blue?

You people and your crazy inspections!! Here in MI it is illegal to have blue, red or flashing lights on while driving because it is considered impersonating a cop. Most of the time here in my town they will pop you becuase they have nothing else to do.
