Dual Xdmr7700

I just bought a Dual XDMR7700 and its gott abe the best deck Ive seen for the doallr I paid...its so nice...Ahhh Gimme ur opinions on it..also I have a question,

Best Buy told me that for the all the materials to install it would be about 60$, including the wire harness and everything for the antenna blah blah...I went to circuit city to check their price and they told me that i needed a 130$ harness or else I run the chance of blowing the ecu...In otherwords he said I need a different harness because of the warning chimes and things...is it necessary?

i know there was a thread somewhere here having to do with chimes and aftermarket decks.

as a side note...i have a dual deck and i love it. never had any issues with it at all. i only paid 129 for mine. its a cd/mp3 deck with rca inputs and preouts. hope yours turns out to be as good of a purchase as mine definately has.

one if you like sony then i guess you made a good desicion on the dual radio. and 2nd what kinda car you drive?

2001 2.4 2dr Alero, yea I was thinking that the dual unit would be the best for my buck..its really nice sleek and it plays all formats of Cd's :-D

i have a 99 old and didnt have to spend that much to get everything i needed.

audio wise im the cheapest in indiana! How much did you pay for you head unit?

the headunit itself was like 180 with tax...but i went ahead and got a 4 yr replacement warranty for 40$ more

for299.95 i have a 9831 alpine motorized detatchable mp3 player head unit.curciut city sells the for 399.95.
But that wasnt a bad price at all

for a little more you could have gotten an alpine...we sell them cheap lol

im lookin at a pair of 12 inch kicker comp vr's.......i want to try them......

and on the deck you definately could have gotten a more well known brand for a few more dollars.......

i am running 2 kicker CVR's and a 350 watt amp in my alero right now and it beats to all heck!! I hit 142.6 db at the last car show and 149.8 outlaw!!!
and did it with no insulation.

but i sell the CVR's for around 129.95+ shipping
they are DVC 600 watt subs and sound superb for they price
