trans harness

so i was hooking everything up on my alero getting redy to start it up. when i came to the trans harness. the male side connection port is all effed up and cracked... is there a way to replace this by repinning the wires on to a new one? or what are my options here, i really dont wanna pull the trnny/ motor again. is there a way to do this while its still in the car? ill try to get pics up. any help is appreciated

Its The male side for that connector that. Has a clip that fits into the front of the trans
