was that supposed to say "color"? i think you're talking about wire loom. yes, colored wire loom is merely a borderline rice visual mod.

I use bright yellow/orange wire covers on the important ones I want to keep track of because I'm getting old.
Damn things get all warped and melt somtimes, too. Got heat management issues, I guess.

I think air intakes look good and they perform, I also like the way strut tower bars look they stiffen up the body nicely, also a header makes the engine bay look nice and they perform, turbo's look even sweeter and they perform alot, same goes with superchargers they add a nice touch to the engine bay and they perform. lol but they aren't exactly cheap but in my mind there is nothing wrong with a nice clean looking engine bay.

Says You.
Let people do what they want to their engine bay, it all depends on the look they are going for. Not all bays need to be boring.
Just don't pull a Billy job.

some guys replace their spark plug wires with better ones, when their stocks get old/cracked/dried out. and those you can buy in different colors.
other then that, loom is a temp thing... it never lasts all that long.
