help with cat-back

i need help with my cat-back. If iam making a custom cat-back for my 2001 v6 3400 what do i need to make it and how much will it be i all ready have a muffler.

I was quoted 200-250 from Midas if I provided all of my own parts. That includes, cat-back, muffler and tips. They are increasing the diameter of the piping by .25 inches and they will do all of the bends, welding and flanges.

my muffler shop quoted me 320 with everything, pipe, muffler and tip, and installation.
