1.) Cold Air Intake - Ebay 3 piece set with K&N filter OR make your own intake... Intake piping is pretty much the same no matter where you go.
2.) Headers - As of now the only header options are Pacesetter or Milzy. Milzy's is a better design, but costs around $1000 while pacesetter can be bought at less than half the price and is a lower quality design and I belive they rust quicker.
Edit: WOT-TECH has their own headers too but they are currently not taking any new orders until they catch up on the orders from many months ago.
Exhaust - The only drop in exhaust systems available are Borla or Pacesetter and again pacesetter is a more suspectable to rust. Most people prefer a 2.5" exhaust on the Alero and the Borla is only 2.25", but is stainless steel and sounds awesome. Borla also costs more. Any competant performance exhaust shop can custom make you an exhaust system as well.

Time to find a new exhaust shop. That is very poor business practice.

Hmmm did they even bother to look under your car? What a bunch of retards. They must not like making money at that shop. No worries though it's better for you to know that they're jackasses before they do work on your car and not after.

fuel injectors? dude....you dont need that for what your doing. stock is fine unless you plan on doing a BIG engine build. after the intake, headers and exhaust get port and polished upper and lower intake manifolds and a bigger TB ...that way you have a FULL exhaust system.

This is why i went to a shop were my buddy works. i also helped him install the exhaust to make sure it is installed properly. Hopefully i will be working there soon. it took us 2 trys to get the exhaust to fit over the axle.

Here's the deal: even a 2.5 mandrel bent pipe has to be very carefully custom fit to get over the axle without contacting the car. Most shops have to cut and test fit, don't get it right the first time. Even the SLP pipe had to be crimped at one point over the axle. No big deal, but it is extra work. They would rather do 4 simple jobs than take a day to do one complicated one.
