well my turn for LIM leak fix
looks like the project for this weekend. im trying not to have it go much further. heat stopped working and temperature tried to climb like the head gasket was about to go. ill most likely take some pictures because im pretty sure i let this problem go the longest. it has been over a year and a half.

we don't know
generally it is accepted, and the original definition as per physics differentiates between motor and engine as i explained above

Well if the heat stopped working its probably because the thermostat is stuck closed.
That happened in my Alero and my 3100 Buick. Both were LIMG, I just didnt know better with the Buick.
The Alero I figured something was up when I kept loosing coolant. Which eventually went to just water... Then I had a few boil overs, stuck thermostat. LIMG was noticeable... So i just fixed it. Didnt replace any hoses...
Everything is good about 15K later

seriously took everything out of way too it was pretty much same as getting one of my superchargers off in like 15 min same 10mm bolts pretty much ALMOST the same way to take it off. its really not hard when you already have the tools out for it.

i believe it if you have done a few before. It is really not that hard. Shops charge for 6 hours, i bet they work on it slow and steady for maybe 2.5. Redog you just put too much faith in mechs. They are not gods you know, and most of this stuff really is not that difficult to do. It's like sex, put this shaft in this hole, turn clockwise. lol.
