help on wheel tire size

So I've been looking at countless wheel tire packages and I know our cars are 5x114.3 aka 5x4.5 but I found some wheels that are 5x114 is those the same will they fit ? Also tire size is 245/40/18.

Our bolt battern is 5x115mm or 4.53"

5x114.3 well fit but are not 100% centered on the studs... some members have had studs snap due to this but others have run that bolt pattern without issue.... as for the tire size, I'm not sure on that but i think with a 245/40/18 it might be a bit tall.... Google a tire size conversion and it will let you know for sure... I've used one called a miata conversion before and it works well
