Angry Auto Lights and Locks Just Gone....Poof

So my AC wasn't working and we charged the system and the compressor wasn't turning on. Checked the fuse and it was blown. Replaced it the compressor worked for two minutes and then slowed way down and locked up. But that's not what this post is about. While messing with the fuses, the locks fired, locking and then unlocking, and now the auto lights don't effntion, I have to turn them on manually and normally when I put it in gear, the doors lock, neither of which is working and it's pissing me off.

But I did notice that if I have the fog lights turned on when it's dark and I put the car in gear, they do turn on.

What the actual F is going on here?

Check all your other fuses. Otherwise I would have suspected a bad ground. If I could disable auto headlights (and only auto headlights) by only pulling a fuse, that would probably be common knowledge here (and I would have pulled said fuse a long time ago).
