Well the AFPR I got not too long ago decided to take a s*** on me and literally pisses gas out the vacuum port and into my Plenum. Are these things repairable and who is the manufacturer of these things ???

where did you get it from?

if you got it from pfyc.com then it would be made by Caspers.

depending on how long ago you bought the item, i would suggest you contact them and nicely inform them of your situation (along with the place you bought the item from)

Bought it off Mfuller. I don't predict any return policys there ;)
Just wondered if they are repairable and yes, I would assume it's the one from PFYC.

no idea if its repairable man, best option would be to find the Caspers website and email them about it.

they also have a customer forum where you can ask questions about their products too.

Not sure about this FPR specifically but most have a diaphram of some type that controls the pressure. It sounds like your broke, thats why gas is coming out in the plenum, so probably not repairable.

Sorry to hear of the problems with the regulator, Wildman. If I were you, I'd go straight to Caspers Electronics, 'cause that's where I bought it. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Exactly what happened. I took it apart tonight after replacing a bad O-ring on the pressure side line that feeds into the plenum. (I am having such bad luck with the fueling on this heap) But anyways yeah its junk so I guess I'm off to email caspers. Thanks for offering help mfuller, probably all I might need is a recipt maybe if you have it? or just to know how long ago you bought it so I can tell them or soemthing like that. Thanks

Ok, I know this is not really big news, but its been pretty quiet in this section so I figured I'd update. I emailed Caspers about a warranty and got this reply..
You can just send back the product to us with a note in the box asking for a replacement, along with your name, phone number, and address, and we will ship a new one back out to you. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else. Thanks.

Seems easy enough. Thats awesome if they just ship me out a new one no questions asked. We will see how it goes, I ship the bad one out tomorrow.

UPDATE:
Well, got my new pressure regulator today. It was a fast turn around too cause they only got my old one on Thursday, so a weekend is all it took. Very easy customer service from CaspersElectronics :thumb: :thumb:

thats pretty awesome, i was having the same problem kinda, mine was leaking out of the seam between the upper and low parts of the regular, i could twist the 2 almost freely from each other, leaking fuel onto the engine isnt my idea of safety ha........but i just replaced mine with oem........but glad to hear the customer service was awesome, good 2 know for future purchases with them

Anybody know what the ideal pressure to bump the pressure up to on a car with my mods??? I currently have it set to around 43-45 PSI at idle. Can I safely go up higher?

5 days and nobody has posted anywhere in the 3400 section.......
Please don't make me go elsewhere. Surely somebody knows this. Right???

As long as you are not lean your press. is high enough. You can safely go higher (lines should be rated over 200psi) but why if you don't need to?

Well I'm not worried about the lines, just the injectors.
